Oliver Renwick

Founder & Managing Director

Oliver founded PCG in 2014, actively building the firm from the ground up and today continues to oversee the business with a focus on the Government, Geopolitical and Strategic Advisory Practices.

Working with senior leaders, governments, commercial organisations and high-profile individuals, Oliver has harnessed the incredible growth potential of markets across the EMEA and unlocked high impact opportunities for clients, stakeholders and investors alike.

Grounded in a unique understanding of the political and business landscapes of both the UK and the Gulf, Oliver has worked directly and indirectly for government entities in both regions. With a track record of successfully positioning clients’ interests in complex environments, he complements and develops strategic objectives with an evolved understanding of geopolitical affairs; tailoring advice to a Western or Middle Eastern context. Oliver holds a degree in Politics from Durham University.

Nadeem Zikra

Associate Director

As an Associate Director, Nadeem oversees a number of strategic investor relations and business development for the company.

Nadeem built his career in London in institutional sales trading with hedge funds, asset managers and sovereign wealth funds, with a particular focus on the Gulf states. He then progressed into alternatives and asset-raising for real estate and infrastructure funds, including time at Merrill Lynch and BGC Partners, where Nadeem continued to build strong relationships with a variety of Gulf institutional investors. He then co-founded his own tech start-up, building a network within venture capital and throughout the start-up ecosystem.

He brings to PCG extensive market experience across asset classes, as well as an acute understanding of nurturing institutional client relationships, engaging with C-suite stakeholders and thought leaders across the GCC throughout his career. He is bilingual in Arabic and English and holds an executive MBA from Imperial College Business School in London.

Jack Hodges

Account Director

Jack supports the Insights, Research, and Advisory practices, and has considerable experience in commercial and political spheres in the Gulf and the UK.

Jack’s research expertise, as well as ability to distil complex information for senior audiences is highly sought-after. Jack has history of high-level stakeholder engagement, working with a range of clients across capital markets to explore commercial opportunities in the Gulf. He has worked in the global risk advisory practices of one of the “Big Four”, as well in the UK Parliament. Jack holds a degree in International Relations from Durham University, with a focus on the Asia Pacific and Middle East Regions.

Harrison Layden-Fritz

Account Executive

Harrison works across PCG’s Government, Geopolitical and Strategic Advisory Practices, with a special focus on PCG’s UHNWI client portfolio.

Harrison brings experience working with the most senior government leaders across the Gulf, having previously honed his expertise at one of the most reputable political advisory firms in the region, advising principals on a range of issues at the intersection of strategy, communications and policy. Highly skilled in research and analysis, his ability to source and interrogate macro, open-source data and subsequently distil practical and forward-thinking recommendations, helps leaders navigate the constantly evolving landscapes in which they operate. His extensive experience in both high-calibre communications solutions and stakeholder engagement makes him a valuable resource to our clients.

Harrison holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Leeds, with a focus on UK, European and MENA politics.
